📚 Enrollment Information & Agreement

Welcome! We’re so excited to have your family join us at Music ‘N’ Motion with Lady Chops. Please review and agree to the following before completing registration:



✅ Class Details

Class Length: Each class is 45 minutes and runs weekly for 4 sessions.



Materials Included: Tuition includes access to the Kindermusik® app, curated take-home activities, and hands-on instruments during class.



Make-Up Classes: One optional make-up/playdate class is built into each session, often themed as a "Bring a Friend" day.



💲 Tuition & Payment

Tuition is due in full upon registration unless a payment plan is offered.



Missed classes are non-refundable but may be made up when space allows.



Discounts, if any, are noted in the class description. Founding Families may receive special perks.



👨‍👩‍👧 Family Participation

A caregiver is required to actively participate in Foundations and Toddler classes.



Siblings are welcome when enrolled or during designated family events.



Please notify us in advance if someone other than the primary caregiver will attend.



🧼 Health & Safety

Please do not attend class if your child (or you) are showing signs of illness.



Hand sanitizer and disinfected instruments are provided at every class.



Shoes may be removed to allow for safe and comfortable movement.



📸 Photos & Videos

We love capturing joyful moments during class! Photos or short video clips may be taken for promotional use.



Please let us know during registration if you prefer not to be included in any marketing materials.



📅 Cancellations & Weather

In the event of inclement weather or instructor illness, a make-up class or virtual option will be offered.



You will be contacted via email and/or text with any urgent schedule changes.
